   BEER brats. That is, boiled in beer until ~75% done, then finished over a fire full of hickory or alder wood smoke.

   Fresh buns (the big kind). Little ranch on the bottom, then brat, then condiments on the top - mustard, green onions, etc.

   Turn on football game. Uncork a California Lodi appellation zinfindel. Eat. Drink. Repeat.
