My company purchased RoboHelp 6 two years ago and we have developed a help solution that involves importing Word documents. Our company would like to move to Office 2007 and I have just become aware that RoboHelp 6 will not import Word files with Office 2007 installed. I guess this is a matter of not doing due diligence at the time of purchase and of assuming that the support would be incorporated eventually.

We’re seriously considering moving to Flare. If we have to pay to upgrade, we might as well move to another product. Compatibility with Microsoft products is a given. This lack of support in RoboHelp 6 is outrageous.

Hi Monkey,

I came across this article while doing a research on trademarks and patents. I realized that on the photo you posted, the Boddingtons can is not the same as the one we have here in Canada, although we do have the cans with the widget inside. The thing is that instead of being written "Draughflow System" in the red circle, here, it's written "Smooth and Creamy".

Can you tell me if your photo was taken in the UK or in the USA?

Do you have an idea of the reason why we would not have the same here in Canada ?

Thank you for your answer, I think it will be very helpfull.

Thanks!

Julie

sunegurl - a quick Google News search reveals an article that says a judge has "certified" it as class action. I'm not a lawyer, but I take it this means that the right to call it "class action" has been granted, allowing other plantiffs to join in.

I'm certain that the resolution for this is months, if not years, away.
